Returns and Refunds

Returns and Refund

We allow and accept returns of orders within 14 days of the date the order was delivered. The return shipping cost would be deductible from the order upon refund processing. All products must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition and with all tags attached. We kindly ask that you wear under clothes when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note the shipping cost is not refunded in this case.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take up to 10 business days before your refund is officially posted in your bank account. 

There is often some processing time before a refund is completed. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ask@effortless-me.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Item Defect/Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ask@effortless-me.com.
